The outbreak of COVID-19 virus initiated in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. At the moment COVID-19 virus is rapidly spreading all the countries of the world. Pakistan also falling prey to COVID-19 epidemic. The first two confirmed COVID-19 cases have reported from Karachi on February 26, 2020 with estimated population of Pakistan as 204.65 million. Currently Pakistan has the third largest number of confirmed cases in Asia after India and Iran, and the 12th highest number of confirmed cases in the world. The number of deaths in the country and case fertility rate have remained relatively low compared to most other countries in Asia and the world. On 20 March, the first death was reported in Sindh. The patient was a 77 years old who had acquired the virus through local transmission.

The country was put under a nation-wide lockdown until 9 May, which was initiated on 1st April and later extended twice. Upon its end, the lockdown was eased in phases.

Increment of Confirmed cases have been started from middle of March. There is a fluctuation and there is no continuously increment. But there is an upward trend. A huge increment has been begun in May. Outbreak of COVID -19 has been started from March in Iran but COVID -19 outbreak in Pakistan has been started from middle of the march. There are lower confirmed cases in Pakistan than the Iran, China and India. The outbreak of COVID -19 has been started in same time period in India and Pakistan. The outbreak would die down with the change of seasons. In this study China, India and Iran were taken to compare with Pakistan since they are neighboring counties. As well as they have approximately same climates. The outbreak of COVID-19 has begun same time period in India and Pakistan both countries. India is the most affected than the Pakistan. But variation of confirmed cases, deaths, recoveries and active cases all are same in Pakistan and India.
